The operational characteristics of modern paper-making machinery are highly automated production operations, reflecting high speed, high quality, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness. It requires bearings to operate reliably for a long time under conditions of heavy load, high temperature, and high speed. Based on the application characteristics of different parts of paper-making equipment, we have developed a series of specialized products.

Paper machine process:

According to the diagram below, the operation of paper-making machinery is divided into three processes: the wet end stage, the drying stage, and the finishing stage. The wet end stage consists of the forming process and the pressing process. The finishing stage consists of the calendering process and the winding process.
