Industrial transmission

Bearings are the core supporting components of industrial transmission systems, widely adapting to various transmission equipment to ensure efficient power transmission. In gear transmission systems, angular contact ball bearings are commonly used to bear combined loads on the high-speed shafts of reducers and gearboxes, while tapered roller bearings or self-aligning roller bearings are used on low-speed heavy-load shafts to compensate for installation deviations and enhance impact resistance. In belt/chain transmission equipment, deep groove ball bearings are commonly used for radial positioning on the roller shafts of conveyors and lifts, while cylindrical roller bearings are used to accommodate high-speed rotation on the motor output shaft. Additionally, in transmission connection components such as couplings and clutches, needle roller bearings are often used to fit compact installation spaces, while in precision transmission scenarios (such as machine tool spindles), high-speed angular contact ball bearings are required in pairs to ensure transmission accuracy and stability, fully supporting various power transmission needs in industrial production.
